John A. Ardito, Esq., Partner

John is an attorney with 25 years of experience litigating diverse cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights violations and commercial disputes in both the Federal and New York State Court Systems. John prides himself on his record of effective, insightful and passionate pursuit of justice for the firm’s clients. In addition to being the Senior Attorney and a founding partner of the firm, John dedicates his time serving the local community, he is a member of the NYS and Nassau County Bar Associations as well as an avid supporter of numerous local civic organizations and charities. John is an attorney with over 23 years of experience litigating diverse cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights violations and commercial disputes in both the Federal and New York State Court Systems. John prides himself on his record of intelligent, insightful and passionate pursuit of justice for the firm's clients. Over the course of his career, John has had successful results in cases involving numerous top tier insurance companies including AIG, Met Life, Allstate, Progressive, Geico and State Farm and has litigated cases against many large and international defense firms. Among the diverse cases John has litigated include wrongful death cases, medical malpractice cases involving retained instruments, products liability actions, tortious interference with professional advancement claims, real property disputes and civil rights violations. Several of John's cases have been featured in the local newspapers of the metropolitan area including Newsday, The New York Post, The Daily News and he has also appeared on Channels 2 & 7. In 2006, John successfully represented a prominent physician in a Commercial Business Tort action against two renowned health care institutions attempting to wrongfully restrict the physician's privileges to practice his medical specialty.

John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Adelphi University as well as a Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

In addition to being the Senior Attorney and a founding partner in the Law Office of Ardito and Ardito, John dedicates his time serving the local community where he is presently a Board Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals and former Board Member of the Community Advisory Board of a local hospital. John has also devoted his time to coordinating and coaching youth travel soccer teams and is presently a Mentor at a local middle school through the Nassau County Bar Association's Mentorship Program.

Joseph Ardito, Esq., Partner

Joseph has been representing buyers, sellers, builders, developers and lenders in both residential and commercial transactions, as well as handling personal injury cases, estate planning, Medicaid planning and elder law matters for over 23 years. Joseph prides himself on providing his clients with personal attention and well guided assistance and advice throughout the process, and to keep them at ease along the way. He is a member of the NYS and Nassau County Bar Associations and is past president and current board member of the Franklin Square Chamber of Commerce. Joseph Ardito received his Juris Doctor from Touro College School of Law with undergraduate studies in business administration performed at Adelphi University. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, is past president and current board member of the Franklin Square Chamber of Commerce, is the Advocate of the St. Thomas the Apostle Council of Knights of Columbus and sits on the Legislative Affairs Committee of his local school district.

Daniel J. Auriemma, Esq.

Daniel first joined our firm after graduating law school and worked as a legal assistant while awaiting his admission to the Bar. After being admitted to the Bar, Daniel went on to work at a law firm in Brooklyn, handling personal injury cases. He then worked at a law firm in Queens, where he gained experience handling commercial litigation, estate and real estate matters. Daniel returned to our office and is actively involved in handling personal injury cases, estate matters, civil litigation and real estate closings.
